Virtual Space Planning

Discover your new office, even during the planning phase, with our virtual space planning.

Whether you are relocating, expanding your business premises, or refurbishing your current office spaces, our virtual space planning allows you to experience your rooms in realistic dimensions before they are implemented.

With the help of floor plans and 3-D planning, you can get an initial overview of how your new rooms will look; however, spatial imagination is often lacking. Virtual reality gives you an authentic sense of space. In a virtual walk-through of your new space, you will experience how your furnishings will look. You will have a realistic vision of the layout, furniture arrangement and the colours of your selected products.

Your floor plan is the basis for the virtual room.

We create the virtual tour of your rooms as part of the regular planning. There is no additional work for you to do. From the details of your floor plan and requirements, we plan the furnishing of your rooms in our office at Richmond Hill, in accordance with your workplace guidelines, budget and your individual design wishes.

Furniture planning

Creating the Furniture Plan

Based on this data, we create a 3D model of your spaces. We zone your areas into different sections and virtually create them with furniture, lighting, acoustic elements and all the details your space requires. We consider both functional and aesthetic aspects, as well as ergonomic needs and requirements, for lighting and acoustic planning.

Your New Spaces: The Virtual Presentation

Once our furniture proposal is created, we invite you to our exhibition space for a virtual tour. With the use of VR goggles you can experience the rooms we have designed for you in realistic dimensions. Get an immediate sense of the space. Objectively assess size and proportions. Envision your room as if it is already furnished. Any changes you wish to see can be accommodated immediately, ensuring there are no surprises during implementation.
